The ARN/CRN generated at the time of filing the first appeal in Form APL-01/03 with the first Appellate Authority is sufficient to access the login page and proceed with the filing at GSTAT, even if the order on the appellate authority has been issued manually. Important Information

Users are hereby informed that as per order no. GSTAT/Pr. Bench/Portal/125/25- 26, dated 24-09-2025 issued by the Hon'ble GSTAT, only cases in which the Appeals filed before the appellate authorities in Form APL-1/APL-3 or orders in where the notice in Form RVN-1 had been issued by the Revisional authorities before 31-01-2024 are eligible to be filed before the GSTAT till 30.11.25. It may be noted that whether the order of the first appellate authority has been issued manually or issued on the system is not relevant for proceeding with case filing with the GSTAT. Even manually issued orders of the first appellate authority qualify for being appealed before the GSTAT if the first appeal in APL-01 was filed on the Common Portal till 31-01-2024. Taxpayer/ Tax officer/ Authorized Representative are requested to proceed using ARN/CRN (Application Reference Number/Case Reference Number of APL-1 or APL-3 or RVN-1).
